← Just In Case Coverage

Home insurance without a single sales call.

Most people shop home insurance twice a decade — and dread it, because every quote seems to require forty minutes on the phone with someone reading questions off a screen. Those questions are real. The phone call isn't. Just In Case Coverage puts the whole application in front of you, in writing, to answer on your own schedule — and the quote comes back the same way.

How it works

The honest part

A real home quote needs real answers — roof year, electrical panel type, plumbing updates, dogs, pools. Skipping those questions doesn't make insurance easier; it makes the price fictional. We ask everything up front so the number you get in writing is the number you sign. If anything needs clarifying, we ask by email — not by calling you at dinner.

What you'll need ready

Common questions

Can I shop my home insurance renewal without getting phone calls?

Yes. Complete the application, note your current carrier and renewal date, and send your declarations page through the upload link. The comparison comes back in writing — if your current deal is good, we say that too.

Why do you ask about my roof, electrical, and plumbing years?

Because carriers price on them. Answering up front is what lets us send a real number instead of a teaser rate that changes after a phone interrogation.

Does my home need an inspection?

Some carriers order a brief exterior inspection after binding. It's scheduled, it's not a sales call, and we tell you before it happens.
