These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of justincasecoverage.com (the "Site"). Just In Case Coverage is a service of City Insurance Plus LLC. Insurance is quoted and placed through City Insurance & Financial Services Inc, a licensed insurance agency whose carrier appointments and resources are used to quote and service your coverage. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to City Insurance Plus LLC and City Insurance & Financial Services Inc together, as applicable. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
Using this Site, submitting an application, or communicating with us electronically constitutes your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We provide insurance quoting and placement, conducted primarily in writing, for landlord, home, auto, and renters insurance in Arkansas and Minnesota. Insurance is placed through City Insurance & Financial Services Inc, a licensed insurance agency, using its carrier appointments. Quotes are estimates and require verification and approval by an insurance carrier. Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of, insurance in any state where we are not licensed.
Submitting an application does not bind, alter, or cancel any coverage. Coverage is effective only after the required premium is paid and written confirmation is issued by the carrier.
This Site is built to let you handle quoting in writing, by email and text, without sales phone calls. That is our promise, and we keep it. It is not, however, a promise that we will never need information from you: a real quote requires complete answers, supporting documents, and sometimes a scheduled carrier inspection or audit, and we may ask you to clarify your answers in writing.
For anything urgent or time-sensitive — reporting a claim, or requesting coverage that must take effect the same day — do not rely on a web form or email. Call us at (763) 807-3523. We cannot guarantee the timely receipt of electronic messages, and nothing is bound until confirmed in writing by the carrier.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, supplying requested documents, reviewing your policy documents, reporting changes in your risk promptly, and maintaining any coverage you are legally or contractually required to carry.
Where the application asks for documents or photos — including, for auto quotes, an image of your driver's license — you confirm you are authorized to provide them. We use uploaded materials only to prepare and place your insurance.
Premium payments are subject to carrier acceptance. We do not collect payment card or bank information through this Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Insurance Plus LLC and City Insurance & Financial Services Inc are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or the services described on it, or for underwriting decisions made by carriers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the insurance regulations of another state in which we are licensed require otherwise.
We may use automation and artificial-intelligence tools to help process quotes and intake information. These tools assist, but do not replace, review by a licensed agent.
Where you consent, documents may be delivered and signed electronically with the same effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures. Paper copies are available on request.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us about your inquiry and any resulting policy, by your chosen method. You may opt out of marketing messages; operational messages about your coverage are not optional.
The content, design, and logos on this Site are the property of City Insurance Plus LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and City Insurance Plus LLC regarding the Site.
